Glorified typist
Gary
First off, I do like my job, but, as is common in programming, there comes a time when a design flaw or functionality change requires that you scour old code replacing one method call with another. I call times like this, "the road to hell". The changes one makes here, are often covered in the best of intentions, but are often very painful and monotonous to do, and even worse, they can lead to problems from hell, once one starts testing it. As I said though, they are common, and all programmers have to do them. So I will site and take my punishment like a good little code money.
