Yup, I've seen Guardians of the Galaxy, and it was grand. It might actually be my favorite fo the marvel movies. The characters are well done and funny. They kill, but that's who they are in the comics, so it works for me. The scifi aspect rocked, and... Nova Corp! Woot! I recommend going and seeing this one. They did change a bit with the characters, but it worked for me. I expected it to just be a fun movie, but I really really liked it. I'll definitely get the blu ray when it comes out.

Side note, if you're going to Chicago Comic Con this year, come stop by my booth, G34. I'll be showing a game that I did the graphics for, with a chances to win a free copy (I'll have about 100 to give away). Also, the first twenty five people who come to the booth and say "Sudo gimme stuff" will get a limited run print as thanks for reading.
