Check this out..
Ctrl-alt-del, another web comic, did a really cool thing on their site. He created a "chose your own adventure" web comic. The choices are done, but check it out, it's really pretty cool.

He also put up his story line. I wouldn't look at it until you finish reading the actual story. Like I said, it was cool.
