GFP Comics
I know I have it on my links page, and it's a comic I really like, but I didn't really appreciate just how well done General Protection Fault was. Recently, I found and picked up the year one and year two books of the comic (these are hard to find and have been out of print for a while), and I got a chance to read them on my trip in to Chicago. Jeffrey T. Darlington starts story arcs, and briefly introduces characters that are pivotal years later, but not seen for long periods of time. I really don't know how he's able to pull it off, and have jokes which strip. It really did amaze me. Until I ready it from the beginning, I only liked it (one of my favorite webcomics), but I never truly appreciated all the nuances and intricacies of it. I highly recommend that anyone reading the comic go back to the beginning, so they can see just how well spun this comic is.

Meanwhile, as I'm writing this, (1am Monday morning... 2:12am) one of my two cats injured herself. We're not sure how she's hurt. She stumbled over her bed, and now she's having serious issues walking. I'm watching her until the morning when my girlfriend will take her to the vet. Nothing seems broken, but I don't really know. I'm hoping it's just something pulled. She's not crying, and her breathing is somewhat deep for her, but it's regular. She can move both of her back legs and her tail. I think she can control her front legs some, since she claws into things when I set her down. The issue might be her shoulders and/or neck, since she's not moving those much. So yeah, I'll stay up until 6:30, then I'll wake my gf and she'll take her to the vet. I'm hoping all is well.
