A few quick things
1. This comic makes me a little biased since I've occasionally asked for specific hardware from sysadmin/operations when I'm just a developer.
2. Like previous years, I'm going to be trying to help raise money for Child's play. This year I'm going to be selling an ornament, I'll post images and a little video of the ornaments on Monday.
3. It's almost time for me to head back to Denver from my visit in Chicago, it was a good visit, I got to see friends I haven't seen in a while, and help get my dojo (the one I train at) ready for a seminar (with others too). For those who helped and read this, thanks. It was a good seminar and the dojo looked great.
4. I really don't like it when non-technical people give me a technical solution to implement, especially when I know it won't solve their actual problem, but that's just part of my job.
