Gary Author Comments aka Comic News SOPA/PIPA So, the concern with SOPA and PIPA isn't so much about the attempt to stop copy right infringement, but it's that it gives absolute power to companies and government agencies to filter/ban anything they want. This, to me, is a concern. Here are some articles on it, written by people more knowledgeable than I on it. Check them out and decide for yourself. Personally, I think they're bad acts, but I don't speak for the rest of you. It's up to each of you to read and decide, and act if you feel the need to.
