Why are you late?
Well... I'm not pregnant, if that's what you're thinking, and yes please ignore the 15 dozen unplanned things that got done during the project and focus solely on the project being late. It's late because we didn't plan on 14 new things with higher priority being sold, or on 15 bugs found a day before old code went live, because it wasn't looked at until then, because it "worked" last year. Bah. Don't mind me. No sleep and lots of work to deliver something I said couldn't be done, makes me a bit... bitter, but don't worry, I'm drinking pineapple juice to fix that right up.
